Over the past 3 months since I got in on the spinning phenomenon my muscular endurance can now get me up the yellow road after 10 stout in ballybricken in 2 mins flat and not be out of breath by snook clearys house. ..also for far too long of a thursday night I had to get a taxi home after the quiz in the cleaboy but now after Michelles strength programme can now do the farmers walk down to hillview with 6 cans and a beef curry...I have to say goldstone has completely transformed my outlook on life and look forward to parting with my hard earned on a yearly basis More...

Renewed my membership today and will start my 3rd year training as a 'Goldstoner' tomorrow. Excellent staff, friendly and very knowledgeable. Over the last few months the gym has expanded, all the machines and free weights are of the highest quality available.

Best gym in Waterford with amaizing atmosphere. It is not crowded as other gyms and anyone can feel comfortable. They have 2 floors - one for beginners, cardio and stretching and one with more weights and proper racks. There is also crossfit/boxing area so anyone could find something for themselves. I am visiting Ireland and this gym has allowed me the opportunity to workout while in this beautiful country. The staff is wonderful and very helpful, I wouldn't expect anything less from them.
