I engaged Emmett as my Assigned Certifier for a renovation project on my house.
Not only did Emmett walk me through the complex requirements of my Bank but also guided me through the Building Control - BCMS system.
He completely reworked my planning application drawings so that they were accepted by the BCMS officer and then was always on hand to be my eyes and ears and The Bank's Certifier during the entire renovation project.
Emmett is very experienced with local planning and building control regulations. He has an easy going and pragmatic style that translates Regs. into easily understandable and client friendly "must", "should" and "nice to have" activities that will get you where you want to be with your project.
I have no hesitation in recommending Emmett's services for anyone even thinking about carrying out construction on their home.
