I needed a rental to go to Atlanta and spoke with Maria to set the reservation, she was a great help setting everything up.
When I arrived at the Brooklyn location to pick up the vehicle, Beverly made sure everything was in order and even got an excess charge removed from my payment, I couldn't thank her enough! She was patient and and diligent about all the details, which made it the perfect experience!

This company is A++++++++++ I have rented multiple trucks on different occasions. I have also rented different trucks for different tasks from box trucks to 15 passenger trucks. The variety in inventory is one of the strong points as well as multiple locations makes them superior to competition.. The customer experience is top shelf!!!! I take my hats off to Beverly! Her customer service skills are beyond exceptional. Beverly made sure I got the vehicle that I needed for my birthday weekend. From the time I walked in the door until the time I drove off the lot with my 15 passenger transit rental she was very helpful and cooperative. The rates are very reasonable and the vans are in good condition. There was a slight problem with the delivery but her professionalism and accommodations superceded the inconvience. These people  are amazing. I've rented from them multiple times and never had a problem. We decided last minute for a bachelor party with friends, everywhere I called for a 15 passenger seat car was more expensive than this place and not available for the Saturday that we wanted. They give me the best car they had and plenty of miles for the trip to  Atlantic City. I picked the car at 2 PM on Saturday and brought it back Sunday night late. This restaurant has been in New Hyde Park for many years. Last time we ate here was over 20 years ago, so this tells you they are doing something right. Since we haven't been here for a long time and we had an opportunity we wanted to check it out. Even though they do a lot of take out orders it is also a very nice restaurant with an attractive cozy décor. Upon entering we had a warm greeting and were seated immediately. Our waitress came over and took our order. We both had hot tea to drink. I always have hot tea in a Chinese restaurant because it's the only tea I can drink without adding anything to it. For dinner we decided to share an app and an entree because it's usually too much food if we each had our own dinner. We ordered the Fried Crab Chees Wontons for an app and the Moo Shu Pork with 4 pancakes for dinner. The wontons came out with a dipping sauce, were very hot and tasted great, crunchy with a soft filling.Then our dinner came and the waitress asked us if we wanted her to prepare our wraps, since I always have trouble with it I said yes and she did a great job. She verifies all information and explains the contract details to ensure that customers are aware of their responsibilities and advises us of the extra protection available as add-ons.

The vehicles are new, clean, and well maintained. I did not want to bring them back, they were so, "the perfect fit" for each occasion for which I rented them.

They had to a background check on my license because I got a new one within 3 years, I feel they should have done this check prior to the day I picked up my vehicle. Linda and Beverly are very patient, friendly, and sincerely work to make you feel comfortable, get the best service, and are quickly processed with your rental. They are true professionals!!!

I love the quality and wide selection of the rental vehicles, they are clean, well maintained, and easy-to-use. The first time I received a call through the car, I felt that car became part of me.

The prices are very affordable and the variety of payment options are remarkable.
How do they do it? I do not know, but I am glad that "They" do!

Lastly, the inspector is on point! He quickly and thoroughly inspects the vehicle and points out all areas of concern.

The Empire Team as a whole are a delight to encounter and represents the company in the best light and provides excellent customer service as a standard.

I had a pretty good experience here with a friend from out-of-town. I admit, I went because the other organic one in OTR (yes, Spruce) was fully booked. Empire isn't trendy. It's pretty basic. But it does the job. The massage chair was great and my toes looked great afterward and the polish is holding up a week later....it was also easy to park there....so for a quick pedi-in-a-pinch, give Empire Nail Bar & Spa a shot.
