After my daughter was let down the staff of Elite went out of their way to fit her in last minute. The care and time Jade took on my daughter’s hair was second to none. If your looking for a home felt salon with the best experience then I’d 10/10 recommend it! I couldn’t fault this salon in the slightest complimentary coffee and biscuits the whole time I was there, I got my hair done off Jade for the first time she’s amazing and all the staff are lovely 100% human luxury hair at amazing prices, couldn’t recommend this company enough

I had my hair done last week in Elite for the first time and I can honestly say I’m delighted with my hair! Between Gerry, Shanice and Jan they worked wonders on my damaged hair! Their attention to detail was above and beyond anything I have ever seen. My hair was in an awful way and as you can see from the pics you would never know! My hair on its own is just passed my shoulders but very bitty! I have been coming to the owner of elite hair extensions for the past 9 years and I would never dream of trusting anywhere else, the customer service is 5 star as are the extensions. I am so so happy with my elite hair extentions , I have been getting micro bead hair extentions for years with loads of different big brands. Elite hair , Gerry and his amazing team are in a league of their own. When I went in I knew that I didn’t want to pack my hair with extentions for length, I wanted to fill out my short hair with volume. Gerry looked after me and instead of trying to sell me all the higher priced hair and beads etc he advised me that because I was cutting them short there was no point in using the higher priced hair , he then went above and beyond by tailoring the tiny beads with hair he was using even though these beads were usually only to fit the higher priced hair. My point is they really care about their customers and deliver the highest standard of customer service. I will be staying with elite hair for good I am so impressed. Have had my hair done here twice by Jan and she really is amazing, I’ve very fine hair but she always knows the exact way to do It and matches my hair color perfectly, have been to other places over the years and paid double the money but never been as happy with my hair high quality job at a great price, such a beautiful salon too where all staff are welcoming and friendly I’ll never go anywhere else

Came to elite yesterday, got the best extensions I've ever gotten, I got the double drawn invisibonds and they are absolutely amazing! My fav for hair extensions ❤️ Jan does an amazing job which is why I keep going back! The hair is amazing silky smooth & thick right through to the ends. they fit all the hair you pay for in ..no waste and no extra cost! I would highly recommend and ask for Jan! The salon atmosphere is always very happy and positive. They give you such a good laugh! complimentary refreshments too!
