I am 64 years old and have never done any form of exercise apart from walking before !! After a major back operation in July 2017 my daughter encouraged me to start pilates for Streght in December 2017 . ... I DID NOT FIND this suggestion appealing at all ... But found the courage in late May 2018 :-) AND WILL NEVER LOOK BACK!! I have been doing it for Almost 2 months ( 1 x Week) and have seen and felt an enourmous improvement!!! I can touch my toes - which is something that I could never do - even in my youth :-) I’m pain free for more that a couple of hours in a day :-) and I can get up out of my bed or up from my sofa with ease!! Christine is AWESOME! She’s super funny very careful to paying attention to details as you work. She watches you like a hawk- takes you where you are and slowly builds you up. Best of all is all the giggles and fun that happen along the way! The results you get are really awesome- I am one who trains everyday doing one thing or another and as a result picked up many injuries- and doing her work I have seen change and improvement in my injuries/ getting better and stronger and more limber in the other forms of movement I do regularly.
