As a Workplace and Life & Wellness Coach, I use my in-depth bank of experience from the frontline of the Health Service as well as my experience in coaching to work with clients who are struggling trying to find a balance in their lives be it juggling a career with the demands of everyday life or simply lost in the demands on modern life and unable to prioritise what is important.
I work on strategies which will enable clients to prioritise their own self care which will improve energy levels and provide a greater sense of overall wellbeing. I use positive psychology as well as identifying clients strengths and encouraging my clients to lead with their strengths in everyday life.
I provide a confidential non-judgemental space to explore new career options and new ideas with clients. I work on priorities with clients based on individual values and beliefs thereby allowing them to make better and more informed decisions to move their lives forward in a positive direction. The sessions are completely client focussed to allow the client work on achieving a better balance and flow to their lives
