We had an excellent stay at this hotel with extraordinary friendly and helpful staff. They organized everything exactly according to our wishes, airport pick-up, Kruger tours, Boma at Hippo Hollow, Blide River Canyon tour. I had my group (Nav Flu) stay at Casterbridge Hollow on the 25th September - and I would like to thank each and every staff member that assisted with this group and made sure they were happy and smiling. Firstly I would thank the superstar of the Team Zandile who made every possible and helped with every small little need this group required - she was there at 05h30 (26th Sept) preparing my groups breakfast along with her team who assist to have breakfast ready for them by 06h20 as they had to depart Casterbridge by 07h00 for their Panorama Tour and to make their afternoon game drive in time, ||||And a special thanks to the rest of the team who went above and beyond the call of duty to make everything run smoothly:||Mduduzi - Security stayed 30 minutes alter to assist with luggage||Zodwa + Thandeka both chefs were here at 05H00 for the pre-breakfast||Vick - Duty Manger was also here at 05H00 to open the kitchen and the Café||Shadrack – Waiter was here at 05H00 to make sure that all coffees and teas are served.||Then Norman for assisting me with the booking of this group.||||You are all super star !! Abbiamo utilizzato questo hotel per una tappa verso il kruger park.||All’ingresso non sembra un gran che ma in realta’, anche se non nuovissimo, e’ un albergo elegante. Probabilmente in estate questo hotel e’ migliore in quanto ha una bella piscina, anche se un po ombreggiata. Durante un viaggio organizzato in Sudafrica, abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questa struttura. L'albergo si presente molto carino con una reception un po' stile coloniale e la piscina al centro sulla quale si affacciano tutte le camere. Queste sono molto spaziose, tuttavia il wifi non era molto ben funzionante (forse perchè eravamo nella stanza più lontana dalla reception). Particolare e comunque molto spartano il bagno con una stanza molto rustica per la doccia (la guida ci dice che è lo stile coloniale) ed una stanza per il wc e nel disimpegno il lavandino. Colazione molto carina, servita all'aperto sotto gli alberi, in una zona appena di fronte alla reception anche se non particolarmente ricca. Da tale zona si accede ad un piccolo agglomerato commerciale fatto di negozietti, gallerie, bar, ecc. che merita una visita. I arrived the evening of the 13/08, the receptionist Ntokozo was all smiles, she served me with such passion that I was looking forward to my room and stay ||My room, room 13 was superb||The cleaner Nomzamo (Didn’t meet her in person) made sure my room is spotless clean for the duration of my stay. ||All the staff in the hotel was so friendly and welcoming, not forgetting that I forgot toothpaste and brush but my problem was sorted on a blink of an eye||The magnolia restaurant served the best dinner (3 course of course)||I was a bit disappointed though that there Spa is closed, the environment was so relaxing the only thing missing was to be pampered ||||Casterlobridge White Bridge will not disappoint you, More...

The entrance from the road hides this gem of a place. The rooms are spacious and clean! Staff are exceptional and even called me to say I left some thing in my room on checkout. Our room was very spacious and nicely furnished. The management was very friendly, engaging and professional. The pool looked nice (too cold to swim) and the restaurant / bar was excellent. It felt secure.
