I completed the 6 week programme with Barry and loved it. My body shape has completely changed, I've lost inches all over. I no longer have my dreaded wobbly bits, my tummy is flatter, my cloths feel so much better on and I feel great. Barry knows when to push you or when to motivate you to reach your goal. Barry is a fantastic trainer. I completed one of his 12 week packages and completely changed my body and my attitude towards my diet. Working with Barry I quickly surpassed the initial goals I set myself. The skills he taught me in both how to train effectively and eat healthy will follow me throughout life.
