My experience was nothing like the other reviews on here. Makes one wonder why the great reviews were removed off google & are only now found on other platforms. Firstly, our gate started rusting all over 1 month after installation. The pedestrian gate hadn’t even been painted on the top. The centurion gate motor receiver they fitted was allowing our gate to open with our neighbours remotes (not paired / programmed) and was also opening together with other centurion devices we own. The gate contact they fitted started shorting 2 weeks after it was installed and need replacing because it kept triggering our electric fence alarm. The guy who came to fit the new contact showed me that the electric fence on top of the gate had not been correctly wired and that it won’t set the alarm off if cut. Please stay far clear of these guys, the after sales service is pathetic and they do not want to take responsibility for their poor workmanship. More...

Raymond has been fantastic, fast with information, ideas on designs and quick to execute. Price is reasonable, quality has been good. Raymond sent pictures every day showing progress of manufacturing, and had the gate and motor manufactured and installed in 1 week after ordering. Amazing Gates were the most expensive quote we received by about R8000 but on reviewing reviews of all companies approached we decided to go with them. We never had to chase them for anything - you know when you have to do this at quote stage that the service experience as a whole could be problematic. Raymond and his team sent pictures of our new gate as the manufacturing process progressed and his installation team were great too. We had a couple of hiccups with the motor installation but this was sorted promptly and efficiently and they sent out the Centurion tech guys just to follow up to make sure everything was in working order.
