Boy were we in for a surprise was as though she went to a completely different establishment, I saw a takeout order of the exact same we got Sunday. It was hastily thrown together, the man referred to my wife as " Lady " several times, to the point she was upset by it. I find it appropriate that a Business is only held to the anchor of its strongest employees, and strongest performance by its weakest. Now let me take you on a walk, as to why Zesty Pita deserves your business. You walk in there and you at almost all times will see someone enjoying their food, once you get to the counter you realize theyre about to answer any question that you have, their try and buy way of business, which they seem very open to allowing you to try things in order to make up your mind sets them apart. Their shwarma is top notch very generously seasoned, and well cooked. Their falafel which they gave me a sample of with their Hummus, was absolutely fabulous. Pickled turnip wasn't soggy, was still crisp. The texture on the chicken reveals they know what good cuts are, and are cooking this at the right temps. We tried this for the first time tonight after seeing glowing reviews and got shawarma on rice and a shawarma wrap. The food was. .. ok. The chicken was under seasoned and the rice had no seasoning. It was leaning heavily on the hot sauce for flavour but the hot sauce (tasted like Tia Lupita?) was more of a mexican cuisine flavour profile, that was a bit odd with shawarma. What’s your signature dish?
Chicken shawarma with basmati rice cooked with diced veggies and Fatoush Salad. Optional additions include roasted potatoes cooked in Mediterranean tomato garlic sauce, a side of Hummus, garlic spread, hot sauce and pita bread.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We sit with clients to first understand the type of experience they hope to create for their guest. We go through budget consideration, dietary restriction, cultural or religious preferences. From there we present them with a proposal that works to meet all those needs. We also invite our clients to sample the food we propose. We strive to deliver the best quality, service and experience because we know a happy client and a great catering experience is the best referral for us to all the invitees.

What inspired you to start your own business?
We started as family owned restaurants and still are. It is our devoted customers that asked us to branch into catering. We currently enjoy a large catering clientele of some of the largest corporations in Halton as well as private individuals for large-scale and smaller event. All our clients are 100% reference ready.
