We had a very bad plug in our tub drain which I made worse trying to plunge. I called Yess Boss plumbing and had an appointment for the next morning. Chase was at the door promptly at 8:00 am. They came to my house 3 times for a blockage which I had to pay over 900$ on the first visit. Came back again and had to pay another 500$ for the camera and power wash . Came again and said the clay pipe was broken. So I got another company to come by and the problem was closer to the road that one of the pipes had shifted because of tree roots . One of their plumbers came same day and was friendly and knowledgeable, and my leak is resolved, but the prices were exorbitant. Given how many plumbers I called who didn't answer or said no, I guess I should be extremely grateful. But the plumber disappeared for 2 hours to pick up parts that I would have expected he carried standard in the van. Got charged $1200+ for an hour of work. Every new part that was needed came with a new sales pitch of a new package of $125-$350 for parts that cost between $5 and $45 at Home a Depot (for just the base package - they had higher tiers for 1 year, 2 year warranties and multiple washrooms serviced and such).
