As a RMT the Massage Therapy services I provide are an assessment of the soft tissue and joints of your body, a treatment plan with goals designed for you that are directed at prevention of physical dysfunction, injury, pain and disorders of the soft tissues and joints of the body by manipulation, mobilization other manual massage methods, including hydrotherapy and therapeutic exercises. My services range from relaxation massage for the nervous system, to therapeutic massage for more specific outcomes; both benefit your over all wellbeing and peace of mind.
