The food was excellent; however, the service experience could be improved. Unfortunately, several requests discussed prior to the event were not fulfilled.
The team arrived approximately two hours late for setup, which caused dinner service to begin much later than planned and impacted our event schedule, resulting in part of the program being skipped. In addition, not all of the children’s meals were served.
I also want to note that during our initial conversation, I clearly explained that the venue appliances were only to be used for warming food, not for cooking, and this was acknowledged beforehand. Unfortunately, this later became part of the explanation given for the delays, which was disappointing.
When I followed up regarding a refund for the items and services that were not provided, I was told it would be addressed, but I have yet to receive any update from Christopher. While the quality of the food was truly impressive, clearer communication, accountability, and better customer service would greatly improve the overall experience.
I would recommend confirming all event details thoroughly in writing beforehand, including equipment expectations and refund policies, to help avoid misunderstandings.

we wouldn't say a signature dish more of a style of cooking we are very big on flavour braised or stewed are our preferred methods of cooking protein im heavy on fresh herbs and spices.
