It gives me a happy feeling and triumph when seeing clients and their families enjoying the better water our equipment brings.
What inspired you to start your own business?
No matter how technology develops, how AI can replace human beings and eliminate jobs, people gotta eat and drink. I am doing this business concerning people's daily lives and also endeavour to provide higher efficiency products to better people's lives and health.

I am a decent and sincere person. My customers always consider me trustworthy, supportive, responsive, and unbiased. To me this isn't a selling business at all. It's how we improve your life and make everyone at home healthier.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Obviously, Covid-19 is not there anymore. However, to safeguard our own as well as my team's health and the customer's health, we always ensure that any of our team member that shows up at customers' door step are in sound health, not sick and if required by customer, we can always wear protection gears, musks and perform necessary social distancing.
