With Christine's help we were able to refocus on our personal development and shifted how our team works together. The team had relatively low leadership engagement and has now transformed into a team that is more engaged with leadership and empathic communication with subordinates and clients.

We are no longer hesitant to bounce ideas off of each other and think of new strategies to approach our work.
