My wife and I lived in a property managed by orca for one year. Our experience was mostly positive and Dustin was attentive to most our needs in a timely fashion. We were disappointed at times with the level of service we received when some staff members were late to appointments, and our funds were mismanaged as we were leaving. Dustin replied very quickly and nicely. Talks very well.
The reason that I leave 2 star reviews, base on that he setup a time with me for phone interview, I booked off from my work to rushed home to prepare this with him. However, 20mins before our interview. He said he was busy, first message said he had other showing to attend, and then said there was flooding with other building he need to go take care….
Yes things happens….. but, those things did not just happened 20mins before our scheduled time.

I believe in someone’s action more than his words, anyone can talk beautifully. But if someone not even able to fulfill basic commitments, how professional really can be?

We started looking for a renter in a tough market by Vancouver standards, I had always self managed our previous rental properties. But couldn’t seem to get any traction this go around. That’s when we found Orca Realty. Dustin was super honest with us, helped us settle on a rent amount that would get people interested and work with our bottom line. Throughout the process there were lots of check ins and updates. Felt super comfortable asking questions, as he is very knowledgeable on the current market conditions, and what renters are looking for. Definitely had our best interest top of mind when it came to vetting prospective tenants. Using his services made the process so much easier. I needed help finding a tenant for my new unit and I randomly found Dustin thru social media. I was skeptical at first since no one recommended him but I decided to take the leap. Let me tell you that he's a man of his word. He's been super helpful though the whole process and always replies back to you very quick. He found me a tenant within 22 days which was tough to do because it was around Christmas/new years time so I applaud him for that.
