$400 for two workers for one hour with no truck- called maybe 20 minutes in advance to say no truck was coming and that we would have to walk to and from each building in multiple trips, asked if there was a lower cost for not having a truck and turns out we would’ve had to pay additional on the day of if we had a truck which was not disclosed to us. nice people but disappointing service, go to taskrabbit instead. I had a fantastic experience with Takeoff Moving. We had a job to move our apartment. Their customer service was excellent, from the first moment we booked through the end of the move.
The sales person was friendly and patient. The day of the move, they called 1 hour prior to arriving to verify they had all information correct. The crew arrived right on time and got to work right away. On top of being friendly and professional, they were quick, efficient, and worked well together.
The team handled everything with care and secured all our furniture to ensure nothing was damaged.
Would definitely hire them again for a move!

Takeoff Moving has an option to provide virtual estimates instead of on-site estimates. Our sales representative will do a walkthrough via video (Facetime or Skype). So we can have a general idea of access, inventory, additional obstacles such as narrow doorways, staircases, etc. This way we can provide you with the most accurate moving estimate!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In this crisis, our first priority is the safety and well-being of those we work with and serve including our customers, employees, suppliers, and partners. For that purpose, we have proactively instituted enhanced cleaning protocols during every
single move.

- wearing gloves and masks at all the time during the move and being in the office
- equipping all trucks with hand sanitizer
