Christian and his wife did an amazing job painting our grey walls to an off white colour using 3 coats. They completed on time (2 days) with the fair agreed price, and cleaned up before leaving the house.

I am writing this review as the police officer who had come to deal with the situation that they caused asked us specifically to post a review, so no one will have to go through such a negative and unprofessional experience. The whole experience was recorded as evidence. When Cristian and his ‘team’ showed up (which was just him and his wife, and he informed me occasionally a child) they showed up late and with dollarama bags with paint rollers to complete a $2,900 job. The wife started work on two rooms that they were not supposed to paint, I told him to ensure she knows what needs to be done and did a walk around with her in a very friendly way to show what rooms needed to be done since he failed to do so. A few minutes later they started yelling at each other and fighting in my home. They left the house and Cristian asked me if I could leave the house while they do the job. I should not have to leave my own home while it gets painted unless they do not know what they are doing and are trying to hide something. Then, they started fighting outside my home and making a scene. He came back and said he can’t do the job. It was all because his wife threw a temper tantrum after she started on two rooms that she wasn’t supposed to paint. Police were called as they first wanted to take the paint and realized after calling Sherwin Williams that they can not get a refund back. He then wanted us to keep the paint and he would only refund the remainder of the deposit. The Police listened to our side and said “we are here for you and they have to send the full deposit back” and the police officers realized that his wife was staring at us as if she is trying to intimidate us while we were talking to the police officers and they asked them to move their car away from our home as they realized that she was acting completely different when she was speaking to them. The police officer waited for about 45 minutes as Cristian had to juggle his money around to even send the $725 deposit back and I have the recording of the police officer informing him that if the etransfer gets canceled that he can be charged for fraud. Once again, we have video footage of this whole incident and it can be posted if they try to deny this happened or this is not accurate. Beware of these people as I also fell for these mostly fake 5 star reviews. More...

Bark team, none of the reviews we have here are fake, they are 100% direct customers of us, Mrs. Savanna is accusing us with false testimonials, we have never had a similar problem with 10 years of experience in the paint industry, always we demand a signed contract and deposit before starting the work, the day we started we required this deposit to buy the painting and we lost half the morning because the Etransfer did not arrive, this project was canceled because there was no guarantee for a quiet work environment, Mrs. Savanna retained our work tool, for which we were forced to call the police so that they would return the work tools to us since the owner locked herself in her house and we stayed outside in the car waiting for the police to solve the incident, also I must add that I realized a day later that not everything was returned, she did not deliver a bag of rags and a bag of masking, seeing the dishonesty ad and little credibility of it, the deposit of 25% of the work was refunded in full, I hope this information is enough to remove this false accusation since it completely damages our reputation on the page and in the city we work.
