Very unhappy with services. I used their services twice and i made it clear that i want to use the servies on going every 3 weeks therefore i need the same crew so the expectation becomes clear, we get to know one another and they get to know the house and i dont have to explain everything everytime. I explained my request 3 times in the period of several conversation we had and when it came time they sent different crew each time. They never called even after the first cleaning to inquire about how satisfactory the first cleaning was, they were not interested. The 2nd crew just pushed the dirt around and did not clean. The concept of mopping the floor was not understood, even though right before registeration they made me send a clear email with all expected task. They used a dry swifter after vacuming on the wood and they said they think that is sufficient. when i explained mop requires water and solution but they said that requires additional time if im willing to pay extra for required task. Then they agreed to go back and only to do the livingroom floor not the other floors but left the mop and water in the room and did not clean or put it away. The tile floors was moped with wet swifter which is not for when you hire a cleaning crew but for between cleaning. The list goes on and on. I still say the worst part was the lack of customer service than cleaning. I would not recommend this company. More...

The cleaner did a great job especially cleaning the kitchen. I was too busy with work so didnt notice that she used Swiffer to clean the floor but I would prefer moping with water from next time but I'll definitely recommend this cleaning service to all and 5 stars for them
