We contracted for 2 grazing tables for a crowd of approx 100 people and the comments we received from our guests reaffirmed that we made the right choice. From the presentation of the tables, the variety and flavor it was an incredible experience. Chantel was great her and her helper arrived early in full uniform and ready to take charge. It was a very positive experience on a very hectic day and at the end of the night you didn't even know they were there the kitchen was cleaner then when they arrived and no garbage left on site. overall it was a great experience and a very successful evening. Amuse Bouche! I love making the most delicious one bite appetizers that explode with flavour.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
It all starts with understanding my clients. Their dreams, needs wishes and budget and then performing a little magic by adding love into every dish.

Hearing Mmmmmmmm. The smile that comes after the perfect bite is the best praise indeed.

Several tests and few more ER trips later I found out I was allergic to food additives and preservatives. No problem, super easy to avoid……
Not so much, however, it definitely upped my cooking game. Started my culinary career in 1999 with chef school and created Sunflower Catering in 2002 to help others who might find it difficult finding great meals without the added pressure of hospital visits. Those are just no fun. Imagine being in the hospital because you are allergic to food additives and then having to eat hospital food…. dun dun dun….
