SRS FLOORING and stairs

we used Steve to tile our bathroom and build and tile a new shower. Within one month of Steve completing the job, the shower leaked water through the floor and through the ceiling below. We tried to work with Steve to come back and repair his work - over the following several months, he made commitments to come and fix the work, but them made up excuse after excuse and never came back to repair his work. And this was only a couple of months after he completed the job.

Steve is unprofessional and does not accept accountability and responsibility. His work is fair below an acceptable standard that you would expect to pay a contractor who sells himself as an expert in the field. Steve's work is poor and he uses sub-par standard materials. He buys and installs the cheapest protects on the market, even when we pay him for the top of the line materials.

We would never recommend Steve and his company to anyone and will instead let everyone who asks, to run far and fast from this contractor. I would hope that Bark takes some responsibility in all of this to ensure the contractors on their platform are fair, honest and reliable contractors who stand by their work.

PS, I only rated Steve and his company as a 1, because this website mandates a rating. Steve and his company deserve no rating from us.
