I have been trying to contact the phone number on your website for the last week and have had no response. Please provide me with a better contact number or email to assist with a resolution to my account information. I was putting in a credit application two weeks ago and to my shock I was told there was over 2K owing on MyAccount. I haven't had services with your company since about 2012 and all amounts owing were paid. After selling my house I had called to cancel the services and because of an error I kept getting billed every month although I was not even living at the address.
