They postponed our first appointment for eavestrough cleaning because of weather. Fair, no problem. On the rescheduled date, they texted 5min before the appointment to say they weren’t coming because the client they were currently at asked them to do something additional, and they wouldn’t come to us when they were done. Rescheduled once again, and they just never showed. No call, no text, nothing. They also stopped responding to us. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Please see photos of our windows AFTER they “cleaned them” and the damage they left. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Shack Shine and **do not recommend** this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional service. We hired them to clean our windows, but it took **FIVE separate visits in attempt to “fix” their terrible job.—and even after all of that, the windows were **still dirty**. Instead of delivering quality work the first time, their workers kept coming back, wasting our time while failing to get the job done properly. Multiple emails and phone calls asking for a refund and no one took credibility or even bothered to respond to our emails. To make matters worse, we gave them a large tip before inspecting the work, assuming they had done a thorough job. **Big mistake.** Not only did they leave our windows in poor condition, but they also **damaged our skylight** and never informed us about it—we were the ones who had to discover it ourselves and notify the company! This level of carelessness and dishonesty is completely unacceptable. We reached out for a refund on our tip, and will continue to push for an appropriate resolution. We used shack shine for 2 years and invested over 2k into Christmas lights. The franchise we used closed and we were never notified of them closing. we thought it was weird we hadn’t been contacted for install this year so finally called. When reaching out to the company we were told they are unable to assist us and they are not liable for the loss we incurred. We desperately needed to have our pool deck and patio pressure washed from all the dust over the past few years- we had never done this before- and I randomly was connected to this company through Home Advisor. I have a very busy work schedule and Brian was easy to schedule with, came to give me an estimate with absolutely no pressure to commit to a cleaning, and very accommodating in every possible way. He and another employee came and cleaned not only my patio and pool deck but all the outdoor furniture and then wiped down everything, washed the patio door glass, and put all items back in their proper places.
