What do you love most about your job?
Outside of being able to help Property Owners maximize their investments and being their resource expert. We love learning about the various businesses that operate in Edmonton and area. We're continuously surprised and impressed about the varied types of companies and operations that exist in this province.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Its in the blood, my entire family are all business owners & entrepreneurs. I'm not sure I had a 'choice' in the matter!
Why should our clients choose you?
As a smaller operation, we are able to provide customized, and personalized services that are tailored to fit a building Owners needs. Additionally, myself as CEO and my business partner the CFO are involved in day to day operations, and we provide our personal email and phone numbers to owners and tenants, we don't hide behind our staff.
Our Property Managers are heavily involved with all aspects of the buildings under management (budgeting, lease renewals, repairs & maintenance, construction, Tenant improvements, etc), and we are in regular contact with the tenants. Additionally, we visit every building a minimum of once a month.
We also believe that it's better to solve problems when they are small, so they don't grow into deal breakers at renewal.

We are fully capable of working remote, our entire suite of tools are cloud based. That said, buildings aren't remote/cloud based, and generally require some level of on-site service.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have our internal Covid protocols (masks, hand sanitizer, virtual meetings, etc), when we are required to be in Tenant spaces we reach out before hand and obtain their covid protocols and our internal staff and external contractors will adhere to those requirements. As noted above, we are fully able to host online meetings, conference calls and video conference calls to minimize physical contact.

We ensure consistent curb appeal of your building is maintained for maximum tenant satisfaction.
Pro-active Maintenance
We continuously monitor the buildings, driveways, parking lots, building systems (alarms, fire systems, roofs, etc) to repair and prevent those items from having major failures.
