Excellent service. We discussed what was needed (an unsafe dead spruce down) and what wasn’t needed (stump grinding, removal, clean up). They provided an immediate price, not “we’ll write up an ‘estimate’ and send it tomorrow”. It was based on exactly what was requested, not “the price includes…” (things we could do ourselves). They saw that it would be a very easy, quick job and offered to do it on the spot. The price was less than 1/2 of most of the other quotes we received and completed in less than two hours from time of arrival. I really appreciate that they understood that we had a limited budget and were able to provide a very basic service as required. We obtained a few different quotes for trimming and removing some very overgrown and unhealthy trees on our property. Greg completely won us over with his passionate and expert assessment. When I described our long term landscaping goals, Greg took the extra time to explain step by step how to prepare the soil (changing from conifer to deciduous shrubs) and even gave some expert tips on how to be efficient with our time and efforts throughout the process. Carly, who I only corresponded with via text, was also incredible. I loved the personal touch in texting with her directly. No automated bot messages - just a real person answering questions in real time.
