What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own security company because I wanted to raise the standards of professionalism, reliability, and trust in the industry. After years of experience, I saw how much clients valued security partners who truly care about their safety and take the time to understand their specific needs. I wanted to build a company that reflects integrity, strong supervision, and genuine commitment to protecting people and property. Royab Security was founded on that vision—to create safer communities while providing meaningful opportunities for skilled security professionals.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
At Royab Security, the safety of our clients, staff, and the public has always been our top priority. During and after the COVID-19 pandemic, we implemented strict health and safety measures across all operations. Our guards received additional training on sanitation, PPE usage, and contact-free communication. We ensured all staff followed government health guidelines, including regular hand hygiene, daily health screenings, and physical distancing whenever possible. Vehicles and equipment are sanitized regularly, and we continue to monitor updates from Alberta Health Services to maintain a safe working environment for everyone.
