Regalport Landscaping (Nick, Bobby, Luis, and Rinaldo) were the ultimate professionals. Before the work began, Nick met with us three times to discuss what we wanted, each time clarifying what we were saying. He encouraged us to take our time going through catalogues and going to look at stones at the stone yard. He made suggestions for stones that he thought would go nicely with the house and we ended up using his suggestions while also choosing our own stones. Nick and Bobby were on site daily to supervise and ensure that our vision was followed. The driveway, patio, retaining walls, and front porch were done in the time that they said the job would take (plus rain days). The result is beautiful with a high level of craftsmanship. We have received many compliments from neighbours and passersby. During the job, whenever we had any concerns, we would text Nick and he responded within 24 hours with detailed and careful responses. At the end of the job, we pointed out a few stones that needed realigning (very minor) and all the finishing touch-ups were done perfectly. The property was tidied daily with rocks, soil, and tree roots being removed daily as the work progressed. When the job was finished, the entire property was left clean and tidy. Nick and his men also did extra things such as putting a hook on the gate door, replacing the gate hinges, and putting in an L-bend downspout - all on their own initiative. Bobby and Nick did an amazing job – we're so happy we went with Regalport for our outdoor renovation! Bobby was great during the quote process; we had to go back and forth a couple times with scope changes, but there was never any pressure. Nick went above and beyond, making sure he understood our needs and wants for the space, and making great suggestions. They were on-time or early every day, and their crew worked incredibly hard even during a heat wave. Well if you were like me yesterday you went scrambling to find someone to plow your property. It was forgotten that the tenant that usually removes the snow was away. I googled for help and was directed to BARK as SHOUT out to BARK as well. I had never used them before and I sent in a request for what I needed. I needed the lot of a triplex plowed and salted. Within 5 minutes I received their top 5 company's and requested that someone from any of them get in touch. 5 minutes more I was texting with Nick from Regalport Landscaping. Nice advised that he would have a truck there between 2-5 which i greatly appreciated given how crazy it was out there. I got a text from him at 5pm that they were done and heading out. I received a text from one of the tenants with thanks that it looked great and appreciated it was done so quickly and could now get her car out.
