Just had our exterior trim painted by Red Moose as it was showing its age. Red Moose was amazing at every step. I seldom am impressed by providers of home services, like plumbers, etc, and often find issues with the work or communication. However the Red Moose team was consistently amazing. Their quoting process was easy, and gave options on different types of paints and the costs (so we could choose what was the best fit for budgets and needs). They had great communications about when they were coming each day, including if they were running late even by a few minutes. They sent a nightly report too on the work done (great I was out of town one of the days they were here). They also did a high quality job and had only a few deficiencies/little issues (which could be because I am picky and notice little issues). And of those they easily accepted the feedback and resolved those issues when they came. They were so good at every front I had them do paint work in the house too that I had been delaying. Very reasonably priced for these times, stayed longer to work on troubled areas, but kept the price of the estimate which was appreciated. Cleaned up my property after the work was completed.
