I am not a client but felt I would like to weigh in on Amy Zeng, owner of Qualicare Home Care services. I am an employee with the company and in my association with Amy, I have witnessed her compassion, her empathy, her great business acumen, and her sincere desire to fill the needs of her clients.
She has become a person who is driven to provide the very best care she can for her clients and as an employer, is wonderful to work with. She has shown kindness, generosity, firmness when needed and most of all she will support you and listen to your idea's. She never makes you feel unimportant and that is so critical in this industry. What do you love most about your job?
I love that we can alleviate suffering in such a simple way. Offering respite care can be a god send to those families struggling to provide 24 care for a loved one. In addition, our service allows the individual a choice to stay at home in familiar surroundings without being a burden to family or friends.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Simple. I wanted to make a positive impact in the community on my own terms.
Why should our clients choose you?
We provide 360 degree care. We do what's necessary to help our clients thrive. While we focus on personal care we also can do the housework that other care providers are not mandated to provide. We will do the windows, walk the dog and any chore that needs attention for example. We see to provide not only assistance with daily living chores but real joy .
