What I love most about my work is being able to make a real difference in people’s lives every single day. I see the relief on families’ faces when they realize they’re not alone — that we truly care and will walk beside them through every step of their journey. Helping seniors stay safely at home, supporting clients through recovery, or giving family caregivers a moment to breathe — these are the moments that inspire me.
I’m proud to lead a team that puts compassion and professionalism at the heart of everything we do. For us, it’s not just about providing care — it’s about building trust, bringing comfort, and helping families feel whole again. That’s what makes this work so meaningful to me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After years in healthcare, I saw too many families struggling to find the right support once their loved ones left the hospital. I wanted to change that. Starting Qualicare Edmonton South gave me the chance to create a service that’s compassionate, responsive, and truly family-focused. Every day, I’m inspired by the difference we make — helping people stay safe, comfortable, and cared for at home.

Yes — while most of our care is delivered in person, we also provide virtual and phone-based support for families who need guidance, coordination, or ongoing communication. Our nurses and care managers can conduct care consultations, wellness check-ins, medication reviews, and family meetings remotely.
We also support families through digital care planning, where updates, schedules, and progress notes are shared securely online. This ensures transparency, peace of mind, and real-time collaboration — even when you can’t be there in person.
