We recently hired Terry and the team at Pro Painting to paint the Hardie Board siding on our two-storey home, including some very high gables, as well as two large outbuildings. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding.The quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations. I was thankful that Terry could come in and paint within a 2-week period after a restoration in my home due to a city water main break. Unfortunately Terry had to come back and fix areas that were not painted. I was grateful that he was coming back to look after some of the mess that was left, paint all over my door knobs And areas that were missed.. I am now updating again as I have found another section of my my basement that was not coated with paint. Only drywall paint. I found many places where where a second coat was not placed, specifically around corners and ceiling edges. He has a guy working for him that is very sloppy, unfortunately I won't be using Terry's paint business again. Update, still finding places where they didn't do a second coat. I've just had the second interior paint job in three years completed by Terry and his crew. Both times the quality of work and the professionalism of everyone on the team has been exceptional. The most recent job involved extensive prep work. Some of the drywall damage was hidden behind the pegboards and did not become evident until we took them down just before the Pro-Painters crew showed up. They did a great job fixing everything, and, despite the extra work, our cost stayed within the original estimate.
