Presto Home Service was contracted to discuss humidity issues within our home. After professional advice we decided to install an HRV system. Appointments for consultation, installation and an additional appointment was made to show us how the system works. All appointments were scheduled and most importantly, our tech was on time, professional and polite. Very efficiency service. We switch our old hot water tank to tankless. The process from price quote and installation is very fast and smooth. They even clean the utility room for me after the job is done. After they left, there is a problem with one of my basement breaker, I called Mr Shi and he return back right away to help me check everything, even this is not his problem.
