I understand that my request may have been unusual, but the way it was handled made me feel embarrassed rather than welcomed as a potential customer.
A more professional response would have been to explain the company’s policies or suggest options that would better suit our needs.
Because of this experience, I decided to book with another company. I hope they can be more mindful of how they respond to inquiries in the future, as every customer deserves to feel respected, even if their request is uncommon.
