Visited Chef’s Hall two weeks ago. I paid for two takeaway bowls. Staff told me the card didn’t go through at the table and asked me to pay again at the bar. I did, but I was actually charged twice.I emailed immediately explaining the issue and requesting a refund. They said they would check with management and get back to me. That was two weeks ago — I’ve sent two follow-ups with no reply.Very poor customer service. Still waiting for a simple refund.Would not recommend until this is sorted. More...

Really enjoyed the poke bowl here! The fish was super fresh, the portions were generous, and everything tasted really balanced. Can't really go wrong with a bowl from here. I always grab a bowl after a workout at the GoodLife next door. Their Sweet N' Spicy Salmon hits the spot, on top of being delicious, feels heavy enough to get me through the rest of the workday. I see mix review about this place. I’ll be fair here. If you are a big flavour (rich taste) eater, this might not be a good place for you. They are just enough flavour, not too much, the ingredient is fresh and go well together. Tbh, im scared of place where they put too much salt/sugar/msg, which make me thirsty and tired after eating. I prefer place which put just enough like this place. Although their cucumber pickles in my salmon bowl is a bit too sour, but generally it was good. Staff is friendly and sitting area is cute. First time here and I ordered the Huli Huli plate. The huli huli chicken was juicy and mild flavoured, the portion size generous, and the spicy mayo was delicious with it. The brown rice wasn’t dry and went perfectly with the crispy onions. I had the crab salad as a side—it was fantastic. The service was excellent—quick, efficient, and super friendly; the staff didn’t just take my order, they also asked if I had any questions. Great flavor, high quality, and very reasonable prices. My friend introduced me to this Hawaiian spot last year and I loved it! I hadn't been in a while and was craving it today so I popped in for lunch. It's such a warm and cozy spot and Brian and his team always make me feel welcome. 🥰I got the Huli Huli Chicken - the bbq chicken thighs are so tender and delish and it's served with their Hawaiian slaw, potato mac salad and a choice of white or brown rice. I really didn’t expect this for $42. I ordered Hawaiian style tuna and shoyu salmon for takeout, but what I received were two tiny plastic containers with just fish inside 😅According to the website and menu photos, the bowls include a base and sides — but there were no sides at all. No rice, no salad, nothing. Just fish.This looks nothing like the pictures online, and it’s definitely not what I expected for the price. As someone who really loves poke, I couldn't resist trying Pokito when I saw it.The shop is clean and well kept, with an overall fresh and bright feel. The staff was very friendly and patient. Since it was our first visit, he's very helpful in recommending bowls that suited us.We tried the signature bowls:The 420 Bowl, which has avocado and both tuna and salmon in it.Chili Pepper Tuna bowl, is tuna with Seaweed salad and Crab salad (which I really like), and I really enjoyed for its subtle kick of heat.The ingredients were very fresh, the portions were generous, and the overall quality and taste was very good. Ordered Chimichurri Steak Bowl and the 420 Bowl - it was average, definitely had better poke bowls. 420 Bowl for the price, not enough meat, wasbi cream was too much, not flavourful (avocado on top was turning brown and frozen).
