Seriously… if you’re thinking about getting a tenant, you’re going to want to talk to David, even if it’s just to pick his brain. I wasn’t even his client and he helped me through the entire process from the RTB, to the courts, to how the bailiff process works. We do this by vetting potential renters thoroughly, renting to qualified and trustworthy renters. Then making ourselves easily accessible and quick to respond so any issues are addressed quickly and with care. We can do this as our staff ratio does not go over 1 staff member per 60 properties, allowing us to give all the attention your property and you deserves.
