Oasis clean has been outstanding. I had my oven cleaned because I have too much arthritis to do a good job. It looks brand new. Tanya , the organizer, has been amazing. Worth every penny. Never been happier! I was very reluctant to get cleaning services. I am super picky and I had great reservations about hiring from ANY home cleaning company. I am retired so of course concerned about cost. I also was not sure what to do with my time outside of the home while they were here. My biggest concern was that things may not get cleaned up to my standards. Well, now I happily skip out the door for a breakfast date with my husband, and I get to visit friends, The price is super reasonable, and when I come home, it’s to a house that looks like I cleaned it myself! We are an elderly couple and live mostly in the master bedroom and bathroom plus the kitchen and living room. The couple that came to clean did a good job of the area they cleaned however they were only able to clean the upstairs and about 1/4 of the downstairs in four hours. We were disappointed that more area was not cleaned, especially the living room and kitchen. We decided not to continue with this company at this time. More...

Hi Karen. Thanks for the review. We take pride in the quality of the cleaning and in some cases we do need more time, especially on the first visit. I understand that the cleaners worked with you on this and asked if there were any priorities to which you asked them what they thought, so they proceeded to start at the top and work down. The remaining part of the home would have been cleaned at the next visit as per the conversation, but they would certainly have started in the other areas had that been indicated. We wish you all the best and if you would like to come back and try a different cleaner, we can certainly set that up and give you a discount.

Oasis Cleans came to my home for the first time yesterday after a friendly phone call from Oasis themselves to determine what was necessary which I appreciated! My associates were Linda & Ashley! Both arrived on time, cheerful and ready to go!! I left my Shih Tzu while they did their thing which clearly wasn't an issue because upon entering my home, I could not have been more satisfied with the gleaming, fresh and pristine condition of "everything". They knocked it out of the park and I could have cried (two messed up rotator cuffs prohibiting me from doing my own home!) with gratefulness for these two ladies! Thank you Linda, Ashley & Oasis!! Since Covid I’ve tried a few cleaners and I wasn’t pleased. They charged too much, quality of work was poor, communication was worse than poor. I put the search to rest then recently reluctantly decided to resume the search, interview again.
I hit the jackpot with finding Oasis Cleaners. I was impressed I was dealing with the owner, and how she’s building her business, recruitment and fair competitve pricing. The gal she sent me was punctual, arrived with all her own supplies. Her work ethic was very good, hard worker, quick & efficient. I enjoyed having her in our home. She earned huge brownie points in knowing how to greet our Burmese cat when she entered. He also was comfortable with having her in our home.
