We booked Neesa & Co for our wedding based on a recommendation, and I honestly don’t know how we would have done it without her! From day one she was calm, professional, and somehow everywhere at once. I was planning our wedding from another province, and she made the whole process feel completely manageable - keeping in touch through video calls and emails, staying organized, and always one step ahead of us. Neesa truly brought our vision to life. I had so many ideas (and changed my mind on décor more times than I can count 😂), but she took it all in stride. She managed to blend everything together seamlessly and even added her own creative flair that made the day look and feel better than I ever imagined. Every little detail, from the setup to the timing, was perfect!! On our wedding day, she was our behind-the-scenes superstar. Everything ran so smoothly that we were able to just relax and take it all in, knowing she had it handled. Even our guests commented on how flawlessly the day flowed and how beautiful everything looked. Neesa went above and beyond for us, and we’ll be recommending her to absolutely everyone. Really not enough thanks can go to Neesa and her assistant, Simone, for making our special day go off without a hitch. So hard to spend so much time planning an event down to every last detail and then hoping that someone else can execute it perfectly from your chaotic mind, but when Neesa jumps in as your day of coordinator (well in advance of a day I might add) she jumps in with both feet. She kept us on track, accountable and most importantly made it so I didn’t look at my phone the entire day. She worked seamlessly with my other vendors and handled all hiccups. To anyone who is on the fence, get off because this was an expense that made every other expense worthwhile. Why bother planning such a big day if you can’t even enjoy it?! More...

I had a dream for a sing-a-long birthday party (in which I play the piano and make 40 of my closest friends sing along) with LOTR elf forest vibes. I was also on a budget and have crippling chronic fatigue issues. Neesa helped my dream come to life despite these challenges, and it was everything I wanted it to be and more. Neesa was absolutely fantastic to work with!!!! We hired Neesa for day of/month of coordination (wedding management). We had a complex (and large! ) wedding reception of 370 people and a smaller ceremony of 100 people. Our wedding blended cultural traditions of both the bride and groom, so it was a very busy event and there was a lot that came up day of. Neesa handled so many things SO seamlessly for us, that (as bride and groom) we had no idea had even come up because she had already handled them. She also helped us with the set up of our decor and was a point of contact for our vendors throughout the day which made things so much easier for us!! Neesa helped us create a timeline for the day prior to the wedding, figure out what we were missing/had not thought about, communicate with our vendors prior to the event AND facilitate a rehearsal with our bridal party which was so helpful and appreciated and made things go all the much smoother. On top of being awesome at what she does- she is such a warm, professional, and lovely person to work with! I'm sure our day was not easy to manage with how many people attended, but she was truly a life-saver for us and is just such a pro at what she does!
