He said he was going to be at my place at 8:45am and got there at the exact time. And of course, the work itself, he did a fantastic job as well. I moved out of my apartment the 2nd week of June as I was moving across the country, and a new tenant was taking over the place immediately; he made sure the place was in fantastic move in ready condition for the new tenant to feel like they were the first owners of the place.
