What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people fulfill their dreams of living, working, and studying in Canada or bringing their family to join them in Canada.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Coming to Canada saved my wife's life. She was a refugee who nearly died fleeing her country as a child. My grandparents were also immigrants fleeing persecution and looking for freedom and opportunity. They all built new lives through hard work and the help of others and I want to give new immigrants and refugees the same chance.
Why should our clients choose you?
I know that dealing with immigration authorities and government offices can be extremely frustrating and confusing. My team and I make it easy to understand from beginning to end. We know clients' futures depend on successful outcomes and create an individualized immigration plan to provide the best possible options to each person.
All fees are discussed and set at the start of the process so clients know their costs and when payments are required. We keep our fees affordable and provide ongoing follow-up service for our clients even after all fees have been paid and applications have been submitted.
Clients are given detailed instructions and checklists so they know what documents and other information they need to provide. We assist with certified-translation of documents into English, if necessary. All documents and other information are transferred and stored safely and confidentially. We communicate with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and other government agencies for clients and provide frequent status updates about each application. Throughout the process, we are available to clients for questions and guidance to make the whole experience as simple as possible.

I have been working almost 100% remotely for more than six years, since long before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, and am able to help people with the logistics of safely sending documents and managing all aspects of the immigration application process online.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since I have been working mostly remotely for many years, I did not need to make many changes in my business practices. I am still happy to meet in person with people in Edmonton and am very careful to follow the strictest COVID-19 safety measures when doing so.

I provide all Canadian Immigration application services, including work and study visas, permanent resident applications through work (Express Entry), temporary foreign worker applications and labour market impact assessments, family sponsorships, Child Care and Home Support Caregiver, international adoption, Super Visas for parents and grandparents, and more.
