I had a complete basement renovation with M.A.B turning it into a full 2 bedrooms appartment with a seperate walk up entrance and deck .
Everytime we look into the result we can t beleive our eyes.
The transformation was impressive for a reasonable and fair cost.

UPDATE: The company has reached out to highlight "extra work" performed; however, this does not address the fundamental lack of property care (boots on new floors, doors left open in sub-zero temperatures) or the fact that the materials installed do not match the specific color requested in writing. I have paid the final invoice in full to conclude this project and am not interested in further "discussions" or excuses. "I had a disappointing experience with M.A.B. General Contracting Corporation during my kitchen remodel. While the design phase started strong, the execution was unprofessional and lacked basic respect for my home.
Despite freezing temperatures, the crew repeatedly left my front door wide open. Worse, after installing brand-new floors, workers walked on them with dirty boots and left construction dust everywhere with zero surface protection.
Communication was poor, and the scheduling was erratic—crews often didn't arrive until 1:00 PM, leading to late-night work to compensate. To top it off, they installed the wrong colour countertops and backsplash. I wasn't even given the option to have it corrected, presumably because they didn't want to deal with the drywall repair. Between the lack of care for my property and the logistical mess, I would not recommend them."

All of the work we agreed on was completed, and we also handled several additional requests at no extra cost. When unforeseen problems came up during construction, we made sure they were properly addressed to maintain the quality and safety of the project. Regarding the materials, natural stone and other finishes can vary in colour and pattern, and any concerns about this were discussed by you with Sam.
