Deep Cleaning Services
Spent 1 and a half hour to clean one tub, one standing shower, one toilet, and one sink. My mother and I could clean better than them. We were scheduled from 12-2 and the deal was one bathroom and kitchen, however, she left at 1:30 after being 5 minutes claiming that she made other commitments knowing our appointment was till 2 AND still expected us to pay the full 2 hours. During our service visit to your residence, our team worked diligently to ensure that your cleaning needs were met to the best of our abilities. We even went the extra mile to provide a thoughtful discount and meticulously clean every area, including grout and tiles, to ensure your satisfaction. However, despite our efforts and the commendation from your family member, we were disappointed to learn that you were dissatisfied with our service. It's disheartening to hear that you refused fair compensation for the extensive work our team completed, especially considering the financial setback it caused us. The refusal to pay the HST was disgusting and enethical as a Canadian resident. Furthermore, it has come to our attention that you may have booked services with another company simultaneously and treated their cleaners disrespectfully when they arrived after our teams arrival. We understand that scheduling conflicts can arise, but it is crucial to treat all service providers with respect and professionalism, which you clearly do not have. At our company, we believe in fairness, mutual respect, and ethical conduct in all interactions. From start to finish, Shoma's transparent process was impressive, and the team exhibited the utmost kindness, respect, and professionalism.
One of the standout features of this custom home builder was their dedication to maintaining transparency throughout the building process. They were always available to answer my questions (Day or Night) or address any concerns I had, and I never felt in the dark about what was happening with my project. Their clear communication helped put me at ease and made the project run smoothly.
Additionally, the workers employed by this builder were all incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. They treated my property with the utmost care, and were always courteous and polite. It was evident that they took pride in their work and were sincerely invested in creating a beautiful finished product.
Finally, the budget I had set for the project was a healthy one, and it made a real difference in the project's success. Without it, I don't think the project would have turned out as amazing as it did. It allowed for high-quality finishes and materials, and ensured that the builder had all the resources they needed for a truly spectacular result.

Shoma from les elites Custom Homes showed up to our house during the Covid season and was right on time. She was professional and followed all of the Covid protocols for us when it came to our basement renovation. My Mom especially appreciated this, as creating extra space in our house meant that we could avoid driving her crazy by having not one, but two separate living areas! Shoma’s team created a cozy space for my brother with his own personalized gym, wet bar, and game room. Our entire experience working with les elites Custom Homes has been pleasant — so much so that I am happy we chose Shoma over any of the other contractors who were bidding for the project. Not only was the work great, but due to an easy-to-use app that allowed us to follow the process of our renovation, we knew exactly what step they were on every day.
