My kitchen drawers were a mess. The third one kept falling off the rails. The second one was pushing on the third because the top one was wrapped.
When Alex pulled the top drawer out it fell to pieces it was so bad. I want to start by saying Alex went out of his way to help me with this problem. He was willing to work with my schedule and was patient with me while I was waiting for the rental company to approve this rebuild.
The drawers are now back and it took less than a week. The are beautiful and he was able to save the face of each drawer. The are of a quality I was not expecting. They far surpass everything I was hoping for.
Alex also fixed two of my cupboard doors by putting new hinges. The new hinges are a vast upgrade.
Alex was great to talk with. Very friendly, polite, respectful and pleasant.
I would highly recommend Ikasa. If I ever need work done again, anywhere in the condo, I am calling Alex.
