-10 stars for the ritardid easy park enforcement who charges customers doing their shopping at the Willoughby Town Centre in parking violations. I am a customer and do my errands here, and ended up being punished by a violation ticket. No way to cancel it, and the violation goes up if not paid in 1 day! Unfair parking ticket. When I went into the parking lot and just parked my car suddenly a guy came from somewhere and within 2 min gave me the violation ticket. He didn’t gave me enough time to register for 2 hour free parking.I feel forced to pay a penalty without adequate justification. Absolutely ridiculous. I paid through EasyPark and still got slapped with a parking ticket. Their system is broken, either the app failed to register my session or their enforcement team is too incompetent to check properly. I appealed with clear proof of payment and got back a copy-paste rejection with zero actual investigation. No grace period, no common sense, no customer service.Just a greedy, automated scam designed to steal money from people who actually followed the rules. Helping give owner's peace of mind on their property and that we take care of thing things that most of them have no idea about but help protect them and their investment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Freedom and ability to create and control the experience that I would want to have. Further, real estate has been a great investment for me personally even with the ups and downs of the market. In the long run, owning real estate as an investment has always been good.
Why should our clients choose you?
Have a wealth of experience as both investor / owners as well as running multiple real estate offices. We've got hundreds of agents and a large network. We are also leaders of using technology to make things more efficient for our clients and for us.

We service many clients who are remote and don't live in the area and take care of their property. Obviously our clients need to have a property located physically in our area for us to be able to help. We do have a sister company that can market properties online that can service properties and owners anywhere.
