Listen they don't make Project Managers like this anymore! Kim Sorensen was as old school as they come. Reliable, Knowledgeable, On time, Easy to talk to, Felt like he cared and was working for me 110%. Professional personified. These guys gave an easy, detailed quote and executed everything even better than promised. Saved me money on eaves, asking why I wanted eaves on the back of my garage as it drains into the forest. WOW saved me $800 bucks. Had great ideas for my fencing, saved me money there as well. Even utilizing fence I already had, The eaves were tested multiple ways to insure proper drainage. On top of that they fixed older downspouts that hadn't been secured properly, and helped reattach a piece of siding that AGAIN wasn't installed right. Talk about over and above, Fixed these things as it didn't sit well with them that they had been installed properly. NO CHARGE. He didn't do it alone though he had two knowledgable hard working guys Drew and Craig with them. They actually had an idea about not cutting a few of my posts incase the ground settled and will be coming back this month to check. ( I felt comfortable to trust them with that. THEN the big bang, I get the final bill It's LOWER than quoted, because they hadn't used a few items (like I would have know) they were removed from the bill. I had this company out for a fence repair and they did a great job with a few great suggestions they saved me a substantial amount of money. they earned my trust and we proceeded to do other work on my home. I got this feeling on our first visit that they are not here to get the most money but to do what is right for me. The project manager (Bob) gave me options and explained each very clearly. They were here in two days and completed the fence all in one day. the seven installers were polite and friendly as well as respectful of the neighbours concerns. they cleaned up and walked us around to make sure we were happy before leaving. Kim the project manager described how he could repair my fence within my budget.
They arrived on the date as promised.
Worked continuously till the repair was completed and even repaired my gate and another fence within the budget.
They did a great job and I am satisfied.

We are very dissatisfied with the gutter screens they installed on our home in July 2023. In the fall of 2023 we advised our sales rep. "Kim" that when it rained our eaves were like waterfalls.
Instead of the water filtering into the eaves and carried away, the water spilled over. Kim came up and checked that our downspout was not clogged. He made some adjustments to the gutter screens in the worst areas but the problem still existed. He came up a couple of times to check and on his last visit in November said he would send a crew as soon as weather permitted to address the problem. This spring and at present our gutters are loaded with pine needles and leaves and water still spills over when it rains. We have called and emailed Kim several times but he has not responded. We are very disappointed in the product and service. What good is this "lifetime guarantee"? We feel our money was wasted.

We are disappointed that you are not satisfied however the product is designed to keep out leaves and debri not to fix pre existing water flow issues as you have agreed where there before due to improper downspout location. You pointed out that you did not know Exactically where the downspouts flowed to underground either. The warranty does not cover pre existing defects of the homes gutter system. You admittedly had the same issue with the previous gutter cover as well. We advised you to correct this issue each time we visited your home for an inspection. This was discussed prior to your purchase of gutterscreen also. You still need to correct the downspout location for proper water flow. We offered to send someone to relocate the downspout from flowing underground where it clogs to above ground but this was against your wishes. We would still be more than happy to re locate your downspouts. Regards bob customer service.

I hired Kim, Gutterscreens Inc., to build a deck/platform in the front of the cottage as well as to finish our large deck at the back of the cottage.
I was a little sceptical at the beginning but Kim promised that I would be more than satisfied. He was correct. What a wonderful job!! They were knowledgeable, precise, and truly listen to what had requested. They had great ideas of how and what to do. It was a big job and Kim and his assistant were more than up for the job. We reached out to Gutterscreen for repairs on some of our eaves issues and to repair and replace some fencing. I was in contact with Kim, who demonstrated great knowledge and offered some excellent ideas. He went above and beyond the initial scope of work by also addressing issues like changing gates, enhancing gate functionality, and painting posts for a more unified appearance. Working with him has been a delight. The finished job looks fantastic, all areas were tided up upon completion, and we are extremely pleased with the quality of work. Our neighbors have been impressed with the results and have also enlisted Kim’s services. I understand the skepticism around “fake” reviews (I share that concern), but I was unfamiliar with Gutterscreen and Kim prior to this experience. Stay away from these guys, I hired them to install new gutters and gutter screen, they charged a lot (to much), they did lousy work and left without finishing the job
I do advise you DONT USE them

Gutter screen inc proved to be an extremely reliable company who repaired our fence within 4 days of it blowing over. The preparation of the documentation including the quote was efficiently done and the actual repair was carried out to time and with appropriate skill. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who needed fence repairs. More...

We feel lucky to have found Gutterscreen Inc. online. Our house was affected by the tornado and we had awful experiences with contractors who were assigned through insurance. We finally settled on a payout so we could take control of hiring our own contractors. We came upon Bark.com and put out a few requests and we believe we found a gem with Gutterscreen Inc. They called us back the same day within a few hours. We required a section of our backyard fence to be replaced, a bathroom vanity to be installed and some light repairs on our stone sills on the front of our home.

Kim and his crew were very professional, on time and extremely thorough. They do fantastic quality work and even followed up within days of completion just to check in to ensure we were satisfied which was refreshing!

After installing the bathroom vanity, we were pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful brand new handtowel and a specialty bar of soap displayed on the vanity...it was an unexpected finishing touch that we feel set Gutterscreen Inc. apart from other contractos we have ever dealt with - a touch of class.

Needless to say, we strongly recommend Kim and his crew for renovational work. They are also honest in terms of meeting with their clients to go over the job details and make helpful suggestions but will advise if the job is out of their realm - they just won't take the job to make money if they feel they can't do it justice which is extremely appreciated in terms of not wasting anyone's time. To us, this showcases their integrity as well.

In summary, we felt Gutterscreen Inc.'s work ethics and profressionalism was outstanding, their quality of work is solid and they are very reasonably priced. We look forward to having them continue their work on our home! 🤗 More...
