For the initial two cleans, we kick off our services with a comprehensive and detailed cleaning process, which will require a longer clean than the eventual reoccurring services. Subsequently, we employ a systematic approach that categorizes your home into four distinct zones, with a rotating schedule for deep cleaning. This method ensures that every part of your home receives the appropriate level of cleanliness at the right intervals.
Deep-Clean Residential

This is the premium level service for those looking to have their home spotless inside every cabinet, cupboard, drawer and appliance. Prepare for a new season, downsizing, moving, renovating. We know the drill and we have everything covered!
Our team performs detailed onboarding processes when clients choose our services, pre-determining their needs and creating a task list to note what will be covered (e.g. flooring, pets, materials, etc).
We cater to our clients' preferences, focusing on the items they have chosen for their services. Photos of before and after are taken, and a checklist of items cleaned is provided for their reference at the end of the session.
When scheduling Deep Cleaning services with Habit & Kin, you will be asked questions to determine the size, materials, and specific needs of your home. Based on these answers, we will provide you with an individualized price quote.
We suggest to book ahead of time, since we receive numerous bookings per week.
