Alex was absolutely wonderful to work with. We live in Alberta and had to coordinate getting my mother in laws condo in Scarborough painted. Alex was so helpful and professional. He took care of everything, he communicated efficiently and frequently, arrived exactly as scheduled, finished on schedule and was very fair in pricing. We feel very lucky that we find Alex to complete the paint job for us!! I posted random Ad on some platform(cannot remember which) then he reached out to us. Before the job started, he face-timed with me to show me the level of finishers and some details for the surfaces and corner for the site he was currently working on, that gave us a level of confidence already.Then he drop by to visit our house to review the general condition and areas required painting, at beginning We were unsure of doing the ceiling and kitchen cabinets cuz they are old and we were hesitate whether we should paint or not. Alex gave me very honest suggestions that additional painting will not be valuable so we eventually decided not to. We also got very professional suggestions for type of finishes(gloss versus Matt finishes, how to maintain the surface, etc.). During the work is going on, we received real-time updates and daily reports for the progress and condition of the wall. And by each end of day, he did a clean up so well so when we come back to sleep in the rooms it felt like no one is actively working on them. We even change our mind couple of times during the work for which areas should be painted, and Alex is very flexible to accommodate our requests. In addition, we received very good suggestions on how to evaluate whether a contractor is competent or not as he is so experienced in the industry. My house is now a home! I am thrilled with the final product of my full house painting. Alex was incredible to work with from start to finish - he is so responsive, flexible and accommodating to my ever change list of asks and really listened to what I wanted.

The job itself was incredibly thorough - each day before starting, Alex would walk me through the house to discuss his plan for the day and to make sure that work from the previous day was drying nicely. At the end of each day, again he walked me through what he’d done to make sure I was satisfied.

Moving in to a new home, I knew I wanted the colour and finish of the home to reflect my family. Alex painted my 2000sqft home in four days, completing all trim/baseboards/doorframes/window ledges and walls. The job was fast, thorough, and the results are beautiful.
