Golden Horseshoe Fencing

Made arrangements to have fencing done and scheduled a date, but when I followed up by text 4 days before the scheduled date to re-confirm, I got no response. I then called the number and it went straight to voicemail. I needed this fence installed so my dogs could safely enjoy the backyard without me worrying about them getting out onto the street. Joey, I’m sorry we had an issue with communication prior to the fence installation. As promised though we did show up on the day scheduled and proceeded to complete the project and ended leaving you with a fence that you were satisfied with. It was a pleasure doing business with you and I’m glad we can work everything out and have your fence completed on time and for the price quoted over the phone.

We had a few issues with them. The fence posts were not to the specs set out in the contract. Had to get them to rectify that. At the end of the job, our yard was full of mud. Rob came and attempted to clean the mess up. However, another issue, we have one dark brown post in the centre of the fence, middle of our yard. It is an eye sore. It totally ruins the entire fence. Upon checking our neighbour's fences ( as four neighbour's got fences done by Golden Horseshoe) ours is the only one with one dark brown fence post. I am not happy in the least. Because of the dark brown fence post, which I feel is just shabby workmanship, I would not recommend this company. More...

Rob and his crew did a terrific job on our 100m wire fence with 3 gates. It was an "all-of-a-sudden" job after a rescue dog adoption, and they were quick & courteous. Highly recommend!

STOP looking for another fence company! Golden Horseshoe Fencing is incredible. After five different companies couldn’t grasp our idea of a farm style, pet-friendly fence, Rob and his amazing team installed 270 total feet of mixed fencing (even through wooded areas). This was by far one of the most professional contractor teams I have ever met. They are fast, incredibly tidy and checked in with me at multiple stages. We were running behind schedule due to rain and we are very sorry. We tried to reschedule but you were adamant you didn’t want to. Again we try our best but weather effects us and our schedule alot.

After a few issues with our fence and gate the Owner did come out personally to fix those concerns.

Fence is up and lingering issues all dealt with. Good pricing, quick turnaround from approved quote (minus Home Depot mess up) which is out of anyone's control. Good group overall.

Rob and his worker did a great job installing our chain link fence. Very happy with the outcome.

Rob and his team did a good job putting up a 7 ' fence and new landing in our yard. Job was done quickly and over the weekend. A few issues come up about the height of the fence but Rob and another crew member came back within the week to correct the issue and without any extra cost. Price is fair and competitive. A few weeks ago two guys from Horseshoe fencing built my fence but after a few days later I noticed a 5 inch gap at the end of the fence. They didn't bring the fence to the end of the lot, leaving a huge gap for my dogs to go through . And I got the fence specifically to keep my dogs safe. I haven't been able to reach the guys at all. Fence was built quickly and steady the latches for the gates are not secure and needs to be fixed over all nice guys and good work spoke with Robert and he said he would return to fix the gates have not seen him yet

Accommodated changing schedule and completed the project professionally.

The finished product looks great, communication up to the day of was good, some better communication about timings or hold ups would've been appreciated but when all is said and done the job looks good and was complete in a day.
