Gardens Glorious Landscaping

In 2024 we asked Christine to redo our Landscaping! Neighbours stopped by to admire our garden. We have used Gardens Glorever since. Spring and Fall cleanups in 2024, 2025 and just yesterday our Spring cleanup. Her team is hardworking and she oversees their work which is meticulous!

Christine and her team arrived as planned and on time. The quote was accurate, both myself and husband are delighted with the end results. We requested a full tidy up, weeding, pruning, lawn cutting and more.. Also, they left no mess! Honestly, they were amazing and extremely knowledgeable on everything that belongs to the garden! Christine and her amazing crew did a cleanup and restoration of the landscaping on my property and the results were fantastic! They all worked so hard on 2 very hot days to clean out so much dead plant material and nuisance trees and weeds, tidy up all garden beds and mulch as well as replant various flowers to make things look so much more tidy and neat. Unfortunately, Client didn’t understand that labour is costly during maintenance. Client pulled my crew away to do other things on an ongoing basis. Unfortunately, it just didn’t work out.

Mediocre at best. Didn’t finish the job as discussed. Argumentative owner. Would not recommend.

They did an amazing job on my grass. There were so many weeds and we didn’t have a weed whacker to get a clean cut. We called this company and they came well equipped to ensure everything was cut nice and short.

Hi name is Nadia. I was looking for a landscaping company to make some changes to my late husband's garden. He was an avid gardener and loved his gardens. I need a company to come and clean the garden, plant new plants and make the garden esthetically pleasing to the eye. Christine Padilla from Glorious Gardens Landscaping was just that person. From the first conversation on the phone with her to a few minutes ago when she completed what I asked her to do was top notch. She was knowledgable , really had some great ideas on how to spice up the garden and more importantly professional and ready to please. Her goal was that I was happy and got everything I needed to make Romeo's garden beautiful. Mission accomplished. Did a great job on my property, very professional on time . We definitely be using them again

Very disappointed with this company. We had arranged 2 weeks prior and I had messaged twice asking if we could have an approximate time for them to carry out my elderly mother’s work. Christine had written back saying she hadn’t even organized her times for the rest of the week so she would get back closer to the date.
We waited until the day prior to ask again approximate time that they would be beginning work only to be told “I will be organizing that a little bit later give me a few hours so I can organize everything for tomorrow”.
I then received an email saying “ So I’ve had a conflict with the schedule. I don’t know how I missed it, but I am in Missisauga tomorrow with a full day. I think I put you in the Mississauga group when I should’ve put you in the Halton group Georgetown Milton. I’m going to have to reschedule you.
This should have been realized long before the day prior we are very disappointed. More...

I recently hired Gardens Glorious for a landscaping project, and I must say that my experience was incredibly disappointing. The company exhibited unprofessional behavior and failed to deliver on the promises outlined in our contract. Firstly, their lack of professionalism was evident throughout the project. They consistently showed a lack of punctuality and failed to communicate effectively. It was frustrating to experience delayed start times and a general lack of responsiveness to inquiries. Furthermore, the work performed by Gardens Glorious did not align with what was agreed upon in the contract. The quality of their workmanship was subpar, with numerous mistakes and shortcuts taken. It's disheartening to see a company disregard the agreed specifications and deliver work that falls far below expectations. To make matters worse, instead of providing proper on-site supervision, the company relied on supervising their employees over FaceTime. This approach is inadequate and resulted in further mistakes and miscommunication. It is unprofessional and shows a lack of commitment to delivering quality service. When attempting to address these issues, the company's response was shockingly dismissive. They responded with an arrogant attitude, stating, "Take me to court," and abruptly hanging up on me. Such behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly urge anyone considering hiring Gardens Glorious to think twice. Based on my experience, they lack professionalism, fail to fulfill their contractual obligations, and demonstrate an unwillingness to address customer concerns. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale and encourages the company to improve their practices. I can’t say enough about Gardens Glorious. They came and transformed my balcony, which was a mess from the winter months. I had problems with birds coming on my balcony and it just wasn’t an inviting living space anymore . Christine and her staff did a clean-up, power washed my balcony, laid turf along and installed hanging baskets along my balcony - which will bloom soon. She gave me all the instructions on how to care for the flowers. In addition, I had some led lights I wanted to put up and they did it for me, which was a nice treat. They showed up when they said and upon inspection of the job and confirmed exactly what I wanted, Christine revised her quote (better for the customer). That was nice, especially in these times where everything is so expensive.
