Use FilCan for your cleaning services if there is something specific that you want cleaned but if you are looking for a move-in/move-out clean where you need a diligent job done then I would not suggest them. I used them for a move out clean, they did a really good job cleaning some hard to clean areas like our bathtubs and appliances. I also liked that they offered carpet cleaning services. However, they missed things like certain walls, baseboards, inside/outside cabinets, light structures. When I advised Mary of this, she sent the team back to clean again since it was a part of the scope that was promised. After the second time, there were still misses. They advised that they cleaned for additional hours and still couldn't get the job done because there was a lot of dog fur. I understand that it can be difficult for houses with pets but Mary came to look at my house before agreeing on the quote so to me, their team was not efficient with their time. Don't get me wrong though, they did a good job cleaning some hard to clean areas and stains but I would not hire them for a detailed job. More...

Hi Paulina, I am very sorry you felt that way. After cleaning on day 1, my cleaners did their best and when you complained, enumerated the things that were missed and added some things like cleaning all the vents on the walls and vents on the ceiling (which are not covered as per my email proposal to you), we still did all of them. On Day 2 as an act of kindness, we spent another 6 hours cleaning your home and attending to your demands (free of charge, just to make you happy) and retouching everything you mentioned, I still get complaints. I understand that in life, you cannot make everybody happy and unfortunately, you are a living example of that. We can only do so much for a dirty and full of fur home like yours. I did not promise a brand new home after our clean, only fresh and a clean one. As far as agreeing on the quote, we'll never know the exact time we need to really clean a certain home until you dived in and looked at the dirt. That is why we call it a quote, not the exact price. But hey, we didn't charge you extra for anything... but still, you are not happy.

We can do both ways - use your own equipment and supplies as needed or use our own. Many clients prefer their own brands/supplies and we respect that. Clients should choose us because we are dedicated and passionate about our services. Our workers are not independent contractors, but our own employees. We have WCB coverage, health and liability insurance. We are also 24/7 reachable and will attend to your needs asap or within 24 hours of calling us, if we are too busy.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our cleaners are fully vaccinated. They will be entering your home with face masks, gloves and will maintain 4 to 6-meter distancing to avoid any contamination, etc.
Residential Cleaning
We do one time cleaning, carpet cleaning/shampoo/steam, airbnb cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, move in and move out, regular daily, weekly or monthly scheduled cleaning and housekeeping services. We do a minimum of 3 to 4 hours per visit per cleaner depending on the size of your home. However, if you require 8 or 10 hours of service, we usually send 2 cleaners doing 4 hours or 5 hours each for a total of 8 or 10 hours.
Commercial Cleaning
We have cleaners waiting to be given assignments on commercial projects. We can charge per hour or a flat rate after visiting your facility/office or per sq footage depending on the size of the facility. We have cleaners waiting for assignments ready at your service. Just give us a call!
