Right from my initial request for a quote the service from Fair & Square has been excellent. I asked for quotes from 3 different companies on the long weekend in February. Fair & Square answered that day and sent the detailed quotation the very next day, on the holiday Monday! (based on satellite images/ google images.) They gave 2 choices in 3 categories (basic, middle and high-grade shingles) with links to manufacturers information. One of the other companies took over a month to provide a quote. F&S responded well to additional questions, such as the potential tariffs, etc. F&S scheduled the job shortly after the snow was gone. They came with an team of ~8 people and were done in 1.5 days. At each stage there were face to face updates or a text. The final inspection & completion of minor jobs (downspouts, etc) was a couple of days later. The invoice came a few days later and was exactly as agreed. All in all, GREAT SERVICE! More...

Absolutely amazing!!? I cannot say enough about these guys!! We had a leak in our basement and they came out and did our roof within a week! The process was easy and they did not push for higher packages. They had supervisors who checked the roofers throughout the day, and did a clean up so amazing!! I highly recommend Fair and Square Roofing for your roofing needs. The process is simple from selecting shingles, setting an install date, having the crew work on site for one day and BAM! the job is complete. They are efficient and professional. The roof went on nearly in a day, it looks stellar. They helped is with some piping work for the water, it's clean and will make sure the roof lasts 25 years. Dom was open and honest, I appreciate the time he took to walk me through the work, and multiple checks to ensure job was done well, the area cleaned up after, and it was to our satisfaction. I was given an update at the end of each day of the progress they had made and what would be happening in the coming days. I had a leaking issue into my garage and they took the time to make sure the problem was resolved and explained what they did so it will not happen in the future. My husband, Chris, contacted this company because our skylight needed to be repaired as it was leaking water into the house. Husband called multiple companies who either got back to us too late or used winter as an excuse to not being able to do the job. Dominik from Fair and Square answered his call on our first try and scheduled an inspection immediately. We were updated throughout the whole process, from the inspection to the ordering of a new skylight and when he was able to come install a new skylight (replacing shingles around skylight, flashings, ice and water shield on home around skylight) when the weather permitted . We were quoted a very reasonable price as well for the quality of work and professionalism we received.
